TOP 5 TIPS TO QUIT SMOKING IN Lincoln and stop smoking in Lincolnshire 2013

Stop smoking tip one: Think Positively! Take 5 minutes out each day to visualise yourself as a non-smoker. Really see yourself fitter, healthier, happier, stronger, with clearer skin etc.

Quit Smoking tip two: Think Positively! Avoid negative thoughts. Smokers trying to quit often think to themselves "I will NOT smoke". If I ask you to NOT to think of a Blue car - what's the first thing you think of? Smokers who quit smoking permanently think psoitively about what they want - for example - "I find it unbelieveably easy to refuse all cigarettes".

Give up smoking tip three: Think Positively! Build your belief that you can become a non-smoker easily. If you believe something is going to be difficult - then guess what - it always is!

Quitting the fags tip four: Think Positively! Challenge yourself and your beliefs. Is smoking really addictive. With truly addictive drugs like cocaine, caffeine, alcohol, heroin we always need more and more of the drug to get the same hit. we build up a tolerance to the drug.
